Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Plotsque, we strive to provide the best plot management services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for both subscription services and one-time projects.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refund is provided for the current billing period
- You will continue to receive services until the end of the paid period
- To cancel, contact us at least 7 days before your next billing date
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual plans can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
- After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining months
- Refund processing takes 7-10 business days
- Administrative fee of ₹500 may apply for mid-term cancellations
3. One-Time Service Cancellation
3.1 Before Work Begins
- Full refund available if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled start
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24-48 hours before start
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before start
3.2 After Work Has Started
- No refund once work has commenced
- Payment for work completed up to cancellation point is required
- Materials purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- Scheduled visits were not completed as per your plan
- Services provided were significantly different from what was promised
- Technical issues prevented access to your digital dashboard for more than 7 days
- We were unable to access your property despite proper notice
- Service quality falls below our published standards
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Setup fees and initial inspection charges
- Drone survey fees once the survey has been conducted
- Custom project materials already purchased
- Third-party service fees (legal consultation, survey fees)
- Services already rendered in the current billing cycle
- Promotional or discounted plans (unless legally required)
6. Service Suspension vs. Cancellation
6.1 Temporary Suspension
You may temporarily suspend your subscription for up to 3 months without cancellation:
- No charges during suspension period
- No service visits conducted
- Dashboard access maintained in read-only mode
- Subscription resumes automatically after suspension period
- Minimum 7 days notice required
6.2 Permanent Cancellation
Full cancellation terminates all services and dashboard access at the end of the billing period.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your account details and reason for refund request
- Include any supporting documentation (photos, reports, etc.)
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
8. Upgrade/Downgrade Policy
- Upgrade: Immediate effect, prorated billing for remaining period
- Downgrade: Takes effect at next billing cycle, no refund for difference
- One free plan change per billing cycle
- Additional changes may incur ₹200 administrative fee
9. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or property access denial by third parties. In such cases, we will extend your subscription period to compensate for missed visits.
10. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds take 7-10 business days
- Card refunds take 5-7 business days after processing
- UPI refunds are typically instant to 24 hours
- You will receive email confirmation once refund is initiated
11. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, please contact our customer service team to discuss. We are committed to finding fair solutions. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
