A Promise Between Four Friends

Plotsque was born out of a simple promise made between four friends — a promise to build something meaningful, trustworthy, and truly impactful for landowners across India.

It began with Gondi Maniteja, a visionary entrepreneur and the Founder of Grow Beyyond, whose deep understanding of digital systems, customer psychology, and ground-level business execution shaped the backbone of Plotsque. Coming from a B.Tech background and with years of experience helping brands scale, Maniteja saw a growing need: landowners, especially NRIs and working professionals, struggled to maintain and protect their plots. The idea was clear — plot ownership should be stress-free, transparent, and professionally managed.

Alongside him stood Samreddy Tejavardhan Reddy and Alimineti Jaya Bharath Reddy — both B.Tech graduates and Australia-returned professionals who brought international exposure, structured thinking, and global quality standards into the company. Their experience abroad shaped the operational discipline, customer-first systems, and long-term vision that now define Plotsque.

Completing the core founding team is Mahesh, a B.Tech engineer whose technical strength, ground-level understanding, and commitment to execution built the operational reliability Plotsque is known for. His precision in planning and hands-on approach ensured the service doesn't just look good on paper — it works flawlessly on the ground.

Together, these four friends combined technology, global exposure, and practical engineering to create a platform that makes plot maintenance simpler, transparent, and worry-free.
